Despite all this, some women are still hesitant to negotiate. And when they do, women tend to be offered less than their male counterparts. Have you ever wondered why?

During this event, we will be trying to solve this problem by working through concrete steps on how to negotiate within your career - whether that's a pay raise, a promotion, more vacation days, or a more flexible work schedule. We want to have look on how gender stereotypes influence the outcome of a negotiation and have an open discussion on how you can break down these stereotypes and barriers to achieve your goals.
